PCT APPLICATIONS - NEW ZEALAND NATIONAL PHASE ENTRY

Deadline is 31 months from priority date.

International PCT Application No. (we can obtain any other details from the WIPO publication).

If the specification is not in English, then a verified English translation of the specification, including any amendments, is required (see below for a suitable translator’s declaration).

No Power of Attorney Form is required.

We do not need any documentation signed by the Applicant at the time of filing...an Authorization Form can be filed later.
CONVENTION OR NON-CONVENTION PATENT APPLICATIONS

For Convention cases, the application number, filing date and country of each priority application.
