Graham Halford
Graham obtained a Diploma of Applied Physics from the Royal Melbourne Institute
of Technology in 1963, joining the Patent Office in that year. From 1967 to 1971 he
was employed in the Patent Department of the Australian Philips Group, entering private
practice as a Patent Attorney in 1971.
A founding partner in the firm of Shelston Waters, Graham left there to form his own
practice in 1979, thus laying the foundations for Halford & Co.
Graham retired from day-to-day practice at the end of 2003 but
is retained by Halford & Co for our professional development
program and for specific matters
His professional strengths include a comprehensive grasp of case law and intellectual
property policy issues.
Graham's outside interests include sport (especially kayaking, baseball and cycling)
and sports administration. |
